Parklane City Apartments need a valid Debit/Credit card on which a reservation of the apartment is made to guarantee the booking. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3% for American Express, 2% for Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Maestro.
If damage to the apartment and its inventory or disturbance to other guests has occurred, the cost to the apartment provider of the damage or disturbance that has occurred will be retained from the credit card provided during the time of booking. Parklane City Apartments reserves the right to charge the credit card for any such matters.
We reserve the right to take deposit up to £500 for last minute bookings from any website or weekend arrivals which will be refunded on departure. In case of any damages to the apartment and its inventory or disturbance to the other guests has occurred, the deposit will be non-refundable.
We do not allow any sort of parties or get together in our apartments and any such request has to be authorised by the apartment Manager prior to arrival. In case of any such un-authorised activities found you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and payment/ deposit will not be refunded.
The cancellation policy fees depend on the length of the booking, please check during the time of reservation.
In case of Fire, the extinguishers can be found in every apartment and on each floor. It is in your interest to familiarise yourself with their location and identify the marked route to the stairwell in order to exit the building.
Please keep your valuables and money safely or with you at all times. Building insurance does not cover a tenant’s private possessions. Please ensure that you do not allow anybody into the building that you are unsure of or do not know. This is to ensure security for yourself and other tenants.
On departure, please drop the key cards in the red box near the main door on your way out or you can leave in your apartment and simply close the door behind you. If the key cards are lost or damaged there will be a replacement charge of £ 10 per key card.
