PAYMENT POLICY
Parklane City Apartments need a valid Debit/Credit card on which a reservation of the apartment is made to guarantee the booking. Please note that payments made by credit/debit card attract a surcharge of 3% for American Express, 2% for Visa/Mastercard/Switch/Maestro.

DAMAGE POLICY:
If damage to the apartment and its inventory or disturbance to other guests has occurred, the cost to the apartment provider of the damage or disturbance that has occurred will be retained from the credit card provided during the time of booking. Parklane City Apartments reserves the right to charge the credit card for any such matters.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
We reserve the right to take deposit up to £500 for last minute bookings from any website or weekend arrivals which will be refunded on departure. In case of any damages to the apartment and its inventory or disturbance to the other guests has occurred, the deposit will be non-refundable.

PARTIES:
We do not allow any sort of parties or get together in our apartments and any such request has to be authorised by the apartment Manager prior to arrival. In case of any such un-authorised activities found you will be asked to leave the premises immediately and payment/ deposit will not be refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation policy fees depend on the length of the booking, please check during the time of reservation.

FIRE SAFETY:
In case of Fire, the extinguishers can be found in every apartment and on each floor. It is in your interest to familiarise yourself with their location and identify the marked route to the stairwell in order to exit the building.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please keep your valuables and money safely or with you at all times. Building insurance does not cover a tenant’s private possessions. Please ensure that you do not allow anybody into the building that you are unsure of or do not know. This is to ensure security for yourself and other tenants.

DOOR KEYS:
On departure, please drop the key cards in the red box near the main door on your way out or you can leave in your apartment and simply close the door behind you. If the key cards are lost or damaged there will be a replacement charge of £ 10 per key card.

We provide complimentary daily housekeeping services to all our apartments from Monday to Friday between 9am to 2pm. Each apartment is provided with a DO NOT DISTRUB / CLEAN MY ROOM sign and we therefore request you to use them if you wish to have service daily. If you require additional service during the weekend please contact the Office or Duty Manager to make arrangements at an additional cost of £20 per day per apartment.

The daily housekeeping service includes a full apartment cleaning. All linens are changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. Any additional service or linens / towels required, please contact Office or Duty Manager to make arrangements at an additional cost.

Each apartment are provided with toiletries such as shower gel/ shampoo, toilet papers, tissues, hand wash, dishwasher tables and washing up liquids. If any of these items are run out please feel free to contact housekeeping or Duty Manager for a refill.

If you require any additional beds or duvets please contact Housekeeping or the Duty Manager to make arrangements at an additional cost of £24 per bed per night.

The Duty Manager is on-site and available 24/7 throughout the year. The Duty Manager’s room is located on the ground level next to the reception office (please look out for Duty Manager Sign on door). If you experience any problems during your stay or need any information out of office hours or in case of any emergency please contact Duty Manager on 07565 009869.

 

 

 

 

 

For your convenience we have a maintenance person working on-site from Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm through the year. If you experience any difficulties while using any appliances, need any replacement light, bulbs or any other maintenance queries please contact office on 0207377 1763.

If you require an early check-in or late check-out please contact Reception Office on 020 73771763. Complimentary early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability.

We provide a left luggage service, so if you wish to leave your luggage prior to arrival or after departure we can store them in Reception Office for few hours at no extra cost.

 

 

 

  • Please note that a studio, standard one bedroom and superior one bedroom apartments are for a maximum of 2 people.
  • Two bedroom & two bedroom penthouse apartments are for a maximum of for 4 people.
  • All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using Baby Cots.
  • Children above 2 Years will be charged an additional charge of £ 24 per child per night and will be provided an extra bed.
  • Additional person will be charged £24 per night and will be provided with an additional bed in the apartment.
  • Maximum capacity of extra beds per apartment is 2. Maximum capacity of baby cots per apartment is 2.

Please note that this service is only available during office hours. Therefore we kindly request you to contact us for this service only during office times.

 

 

 

 

We provide left luggage service. If you wish to leave your luggage prior to arrival until your apartment is ready or after departure we can store them in Reception Office for few hours at no extra cost.

If you wish to store your luggage with us overnight or for few days, there will be a supplement charge of £5 per day or £20 per week. Please contact Reception Office or Duty Manager to arrange this.

 

 

 

We offer a gym discount voucher for Fitness First Health Club located in the next building. Please contact Office/Duty Manager if you need any vouchers. To discuss the discounted rates simply take the voucher to the Fitness First Spitalfields Reception where you will be advised discounted rate options.
